We searched high and low to find the highest quality growers and importers of all natural individual spices to blend our seasonings with.  Most seasoning mixes you find on the market are loaded with salt! Salt is heavy and cheap, therefore it makes the seasoning cheap to create.  You will find we went very light on our salt and use only the finest sea salts in our blends. We figure everyone has salt at home, so why not keep it light so people can add a little more if they prefer to.
